At Choose-a-brick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new wardrobe additions, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your Choose-a-brick account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
